Magnet ricochet skill

When I shoot through windows, I find it tend not to hit my target. At first I thought the bullet simply didn’t go through, but then I realized it actually refracted. Then it occur to me that what if the bullet corrects its path when hitting a surface? Maybe by a few degree it may be easier to hit the target behind a glass window. By stacking up the skill you may even bounce shooting enemies easily.
